The project is still very much open for business! This isn't associated with Mind Candy in anyway apart from any possible copyright disagreements.
However, in light of recent events I am including a section somewhere in the book to thank Mind Candy for their brilliant work with Season 1 and the Frozen Indigo Angel interlude. If anyone wants to write a paragraph or two, the more the merrier! |

Oh, I won many a "bottle fishing" game at school fetes. For those who don't know what that is, you get a pole with a bit of string attached with a hoop on the end. You then stand on a bench, and attempt to hook said hoop over the lid of a bottle of soft drink (often cheap stuff from Sainsbury's). Normally about 5 or so people go at the same time and the first to get a bottle wins the bottle, and the game. I was brilliant at that.
Oh, and I almost won the Extreme Puzzling competition. (2nd Place, grrr). Although I -did- get a gold card, promo card P01 and a PXC shirt \o/. |

He dug for what felt like years, desperately trying to discover what the hell was going on. Suddenly, his sore, worn fingers hit solid wood. "Finally!" he thought to himself "I've found it, maybe this will explain some things!" He cleared the now thinner layer of earth covering the strange wooden object. He knew what it was, he recognised it, and couldn't believe what it was. "A coffin? Why on Earth have I just dug up a coffin, this makes no sense at all!" he exclaimed loudly, cursing everything he could think of. Especially that strange spirit-woman Sky. But all this was cut short when the coffin began to open... |

If you haven't been following the recent developments, I wouldn't hold your breath on PXC Stories being released any time soon.
All the ARG/Story staff at Mind Candy have been let go, so it looks like Perplex City may not be around for much longer. |

A full leaderboard has been suggested quite a few times and was one of the earliest suggestions and it still hasn't been done. It seems the site has undergone very few changes in terms of suggestions. We promise that your suggestions are being heard and taken into account. But you must realise that mind Candy have a lot to do at the moment, and maybe don't have the time to implement any of our non-essential suggestions. Just give it some time

For those of you who took part in Season One of PXC will know of Tales From Earth. For those of you who haven't heard of it, a short explanation is in order.
During Season One, Violet needed some author credentials to get a specific book from the Academy Library. To help with that, we wrote a book for her. This book consisted of a series of short stories and essays written by the players. All this information is at http://perplexcitywiki.com/wiki/Tales_From_Earth and the book can be bought at http://www.lulu.com/content/225745 . Now so far, this has been a history lesson, but now down to business. I'm doing another Tales From Earth, creatively named Tales From Earth 2. If you have a short story, essay or similar that you want in it, email it to me at tfe.submissions@googlemail.com. Current deadline is some time in July, more details will be given ASAP. |

Omigosh, huge new version of Perplexbar.
Season 2 links have been added. But not in any normal fashion, oh no. Perplexbar now -live- updates your links. Every hour, it'll check back with my server (well, MenZa's, but yeah) to see if there are any new links. No more waiting for weeks before new links are added to Perplexbar.
